Digitec - please make clear that this is not Duplex print in the specs! Thank you, Outrager. What is the point of having high capacity tanks, and ADF if everything is manual for 2 sided print and scan? What is HP thinking? my 1990 dot matrix had 2-pass duplex print!

I bought this printer (but not from Digitec), and after inserting the print heads, the print head lock cannot be pressed down! Would anyone know how to do this...? Thank you

Is this printer only compatible with Mac Sierra? Or all subsequent versions as well? Is there an initial set of ink bottles included with the printer?

Normally, this is fine for all the following ones. And yes, inks (black and colour) are delivered with the printer.

Can I print double-sided with the HP Smart Tank Plus 655. This is important for me as it requires less paper.

Are prints made with this printer "waterproof", i.e. is the ink suitable for printing cards that also get a bit of rain? Could someone who has this printer test this? The ink is advertised by HP as "pigmented"...

Pigmet ink from HP is advertised as waterproof: https://www.youtube.com/watch All HP Deskjet Pro models have this Pigmet ink. This printer (EcoTank) in particular has a pigment-based black ink but dye-based colour inks, and is therefore certainly not suitable for waterproof prints, unless you fill in a different ink, which should be possible with this printer without any problems because of the tank.
