The 3.0 trackers work with all Base Stations, the 1.0 Base Stations from the original Vive, as well as the 2.0 Base Station which works with the newer Vive headsets and also the 2.0 Base Stations which come with the Valve Index.
Yes, but you also have to buy valve lighthouses or it doesn't work. I would ask Google and watch a YouTube video for more information.

It's one tracker
Only the trackers are included, I got these camera mounting screws and screwed them onto old sandals including a fitness belt, works. Also great even if it looks unprofessional :D
