So I don't know anything about interruptions. And I'm in meetings almost all day with Teams and headphones. But of course I can't hear myself either. However, I have not received any negative feedback from dialogue partners.
With the headphones for 320 you have to plug the usb-c cable in and out every time to charge them. The one for 347.- has a charging station on which you only have to place the headphones to charge them. The charging station is also available to buy separately.
This is Jabra Evolve2 85 MS USB-C Version, it includes the charging station. The one that you linked is the UC version with USB-C and with charging station as well (28599-989-889).
Unfortunately, I can't answer that. I use it with Webex telephony. But in the meantime I have to send it back, because it does not connect to Webex or the mobile after a short time.

I agree - I think if the earpieces are thin like mine, it's not a problem. However, I also use a Jabra Evolve 75 in parallel and in comparison I can wear it comfortably for longer. ANC is comparable with both, so also very good with the 75.
This product has a USB-C dongle, I would only buy a model with a USB-A dongle, because with a USB-C interface you can usually do more than just connect a Bluetooth dongle.

Exactly. Or USB C - jack adapter, then jack cable 3.5. However, with some headphones, the cable connection is not as great as the Bluetooth, I've noticed with Sennheiser, but I haven't tried it with Jabra.
This Jabra Evolve2 85 has the following package contents: Headset, Charging cradle (depending on item number), Jabra Link 380 BT adapter, 1.2m USB-C to USB-A cable, 3.5mm jack audio cable 1.2m, flight adapter, travel case, warranty and warnings (safety instructions).
MC = Microsoft Teams UC = all others then the buttons on the headset are optimally matched to the software in each case.
This is the UC (universal communication) version. The headset is therefore not specially MS-certified for Teams, Skype and similar...
Can be used with a 3.5mm cable (only for audio listening). To use as a headset for calls you need to use bluetooth

The "muffled sound" is the signal that the mute mode is activated. If I remember correctly, this can be configured in the Windows Jabra app.
