I have looked at some photos of the Think Pad E14 Gen2 and at first glance I would say a resounding NO.
Because this docking station only has a connector that offers USB-C and Lenovo's propertier network connector (it slides into the laptop with the switch).

According to research, the ThinkPad T490s is compatible. The power supply unit is included with the station.
Songs do not.
