I am not aware of any UWQHD monitors (i.e. 21:9 format) with HDMI 2.1 (except for the Samsung Odyssey). Most of them have a 16:9 resolution. But there will certainly be some on the market in 2022 that also have 2.1. But if PC gaming and console gaming are all you want to do on your monitor, I would personally go for the LG OLED C2 42", which is coming onto the market this year. 120Hz, all HDR formats, perfect contrast. But if you want to work on it (office), it's probably not an option.

It's a Gaming screen but it can also be used for administrative purposes. Normally I don't see any problem with an Ipad or Mac book

Hello, you won't benefit a bit from 4k @ 27", it's way too small... Half of the resolution and sharpness is lost because the screen width is not sufficient.

I did a quick google for you and the manufacturer's page says: USB 3.0 (1 upstream / 2 downstream), DisplayPort 1.4, 2 x HDMI.

I assume you mean coating, which is the protective/anti-reflective film that does not disappear completely or "invisibly" in the corners. On mine, only the upper left corner is a little visible. It's far from annoying. With my copy, I only see it when I read something about it :P
