Hi, I also have the ComboTouch with the iPad 8, iPadOS 16.6.
In my case, the cursor goes out after 3 seconds following the last movement.
But I just have to touch the trackpad to display it again.
You can disable the fact that the cursor is hidden in
Settings > Accessibility > Pointer Control' - then deactivate the option: 'Automatically Hide Pointer'.
There's also 'Colour', which adds a coloured border around the circle.
There may be other settings to change in:
Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch'.
Unfortunately, there's still no way of changing the cursor to an arrow or other shape.
Perhaps Apple will add this feature in the future.
Sincerely, Magnus
Unfortunately, we do not have this model in our range for your iPad Pro 12.9 inch 4th Gen.
We only have the keyboards from Apple and Zagg in our range, with the CH layout:

The Apple Pencil is not attached to the case, but to the iPad. This is done with a magnet, as this magnet is not the strongest, it can happen that the pencil flies off. Unfortunately, you can't do it any other way because the Apple Pencil 2nd generation charges itself via this magnet. If you have the Apple Pencil 1st generation, this is clear because it does not have a magnet.
I hope I was able to help.

We were happy to check with the manufacturer and found out that this keyboard is only available for iPad 10.2" (2019), iPad 10.2" (2020), iPad 10.2" (2021).
This keyboard is compatible with the following models: Pro 11" / 1st gen. (A1980, A2013, A1934, A1979), 2nd gen. (A2228, A2068, A2230, A2231) and 3rd gen. (A2377, A2459, A2301, A2460).
Unfortunately it is not compatible with the iPad Air.
Attention, only the old Apple Pen without wireless charge function works here. This first-generation pen must be plugged into the Lightning connector. So no, it does not work.
