Based on the product pictures and the description, it is a DE layout keyboard, i.e. the arrangement of the special characters is different and you don't have the umlaut keys like on the CH keyboard, which is the same for all language regions.

It is a normal Swiss QWERTZ layout. è is to the right of P, é and à are to the right of L
Unfortunately, this keyboard is designed exclusively for the iPad Air.
According to the information on the article, the keyboard is compatible with iPad Air 2022 (5th gen).
Check if the following option is activated in the settings: Display & Brightness -> Lock / Unlock.
Maybe the Folio Touch does not support this.

Yes, the Apple Pencil (2nd generation) fits perfectly in the flap, but it also holds magnetically on the iPad. The flap then encloses the pencil.

12.4.6 is unfortunately not helpful. But anyway, it is compatible with the Apple iPad Air 2020 and therefore a really nice alternative if the Apple Magic Keyboard is too expensive. Hope I could help. :-)
