The Powerplay also works without problems through thicker mousepads, I have mine under an LTT deskpad and it works without problems, others have also embedded it in the table top... see youtube videos on the topic

1) To quote from the product information:
Powerplay compatible: wireless models of the G502 X support Logitech G POWERPLAY wireless charging mats, which offer unlimited battery life without the need for a cable. Otherwise, the mouse is charged via an included USB-C cable.
2) Technically, you can read through numerous tests online. Personally, I pay particular attention to the fact that the mouse feels good in my hand.

"It works with the G903 and G703 wireless gaming mice. Simply attach the magnetic POWERCORE module for wireless charging.
We still offer this product for sale; it is still in our assortment. However, as it is no longer in stock and we do not have a supply date from the supplier, we have withdrawn the possibility to order it.
It is therefore possible that we will receive stock, but we do not know when at the moment.
The Logitech G Powerplay wireless charging pad is compatible with certain Logitech G mice, but not with all models.

The Logitech Powerplay works very well to charge the Logitech wireless mouse. It can ONLY charge Logitech wireless mouse, no mobile phone or other inductive devices!!!
However, the mouse pad (like all mouse pads) will only last 1 year with daily use, then it will be dirty and worn out. There is no replacement. Putting the thinner mouse pads over it doesn't help because everything slips.
The product is therefore anything but sustainable. After 1 year, you simply throw away more than €100. You can't really recommend buying something like this.
Before I report a warranty case, I'll ask here, maybe someone knows what the reason is or has similar experiences.
I've had the pad for just under 6 months and the mouse pad just won't stay on the charging pad any more :-( I'm moving the mouse around and I'm already pushing the mouse pad half off the charging pad, even the weight of my own hand is enough to do that. In addition, I can already see the outline of the induction coil? on the charging pad......
Is this really Logitech quality and it's already worn out after just 6 months? Or is this more of a warranty case?
