I would ask the Digitec Help Centre directly https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/de/requests/new
Yes, you can access the French junk via the Shift key. I can still cannot recommend the product: The special characters that can be accessed via the AltGr key are displayed inversely (white on a light grey background) grey background) and are therefore barely legible. I no longer use the product and have found a good alternative. Tip: It is neither HP, Apple, Lenovo nor Window, but a US manufacturer that sells its computers exclusively online but whose peripherals (keyboards and rats) are also available here. rats) are also available here. the "space-saving devices" are also the arrangement of the arrow keys takes some getting used to, but otherwise otherwise quite O.K.
Yes and no... A separate button = no One possibility = yes Press fn & tab simultaneously = a print screen is created on my Win computer
Hello, the dongle is original, have not connected to another dongle, because so far everything works without problems, am very satisfied with it!
If the Xbox can connect to various devices via Bluetooth, then yes.
Do you have this problem throughout, i.e. also when you write in Word or Mail, or only in a specific app/programme where you have to enter the password?
No.

Not on the keyboard. Ewtl it is via the Logitech Options Tool in Windows 10. https://code-bude.net/2017/09/02/logitech-fn-taste-umstellen-ohne-software/
US International.
This is often because the image does not match the correct layout. What is in the description and title always applies.
Yes, I use this with an Ipad.
You can't really say definitively; in the end, it's probably a matter of taste. The differences lie in the feel of the pressure point, the noise of the keys, the sensitivity and, in the case of Chiclet, also in the appearance (Chiclet is derived from the American term for chewing gum = shape of the keys and sometimes also the construction). I've also been looking into different keyboard techniques for a while and then gave up at some point. As I understand it, membrane is a little quieter, but with less pressure point sensitivity and sometimes less durable, but at least it's usually quite cheap. It would be best if you could try it out somewhere and see what suits you best. By the way, I find the K380 pleasant, also in terms of size, e.g. for a tablet, but for more and longer writing I go to the PC (Apple Magic Keyboard). But as I said, it's all a matter of taste. Mechanical keyboards are supposed to be great in terms of durability and reliability as well as pressure point etc.... Good luck in your search ;-)
Is a DE keyboard (i.e. with y at the bottom left, but not CH)
Yes, with the combination CTRL+E it should work:)
Yup, it's the normal CH layout. It automatically adjusts the Mac function keys. One exception is the FN key, which is swapped with the CTRL key, but you can get used to that.
The letters are not mentioned, but they are : next to the "P" and next to the "L".
hello. no, the keyboard is not illuminated 🙋🏻♂️
The product is unfortunately sold out and can therefore no longer be offered by us.
normal ch layout, i bought the same keyboard recently. the picture shows a different layout.
The keyboard has built-in Bluetooth and therefore works with any Bluetooth-enabled device (PC, Mac, tablet or smartphone). The keyboard does not have the option of connecting an adapter.
Yes - you must select the layout accordingly. -> Suisse/Switzerland (QWERTZ)
yes, it works fine if the laptop / pc has Bluetooth. Currently, white and rose are available with CH or DE keyboard, but the black one only with DE (which is not too bad - either you know where the keys are even without labelling or you change your profile to DE instead of DE-CH :-D)
Then the English-language keyboard is activated, so-called QWERY instead of QWERZ as with the German keyboard. In Windows, it shows you the letters EN in the bottom right-hand corner, then switch to DE for German. If you don't need the English keyboard, you can delete it in the system settings. With Apple products you can also switch off the language settings for German. Greetings
