Ok I can answer my own question after research: keys to go is Bluetooth only. It is not a replacement for problems with the Apple keyboard because you have to have connected it manually beforehand and/or it doesn't work with a cable. I had the problem that I could not log in to my iMac and to fix this I had to use keyboards that also work with cables and/or Apple's own wireless keyboards that connect immediately without having to connect manually with bluetooth.

The difference is it is pink. Identical products for women are often more expensive. Have this product and an older one in blue, both with Android equivalent in terms of system. If you work with Apple and take the pink keyboard, that is doubly penalised - my opinion!
