Yes, I've had the mouse for months and it runs perfectly under Win 10. However, I use the USB Bluetooth dongle supplied and have no experience of using the Bluetooth directly from the PC.

If you bought this item by mistake, thinking it supports Bluetooth, please contact customer support so you can return the item. As far as i know, there is no model of this mouse that supports (real) Bluetooth (without the included Dongle). PS: You may also report wrong entries yourself on the Product page -> Specifiactions -> Show more -> Scroll down -> Report incorrect data and adjust the corresponding entry directly

There is no technical difference between those products. The version with "Refresh" in the name is the upgraded version, so it might be that, for example, the packaging is multilingual.
