Download the xbox app, start it, then click on store, then on redeem.
the '40th anniversary PREMIUM DELUXE edition' is the current version. The 'normal' is the predecessor. You have the same with the '40th' as with the 'normal' with the update. Jets, Gliders, Helicopters, A310, Spruce Goose etc.
Enter the code in the Store under Redeem Code and you're done. You have already linked it to your account and can download it.

Enter the serial number in the store and the link will come up. But the FS flight simulator is absolute rubbish in terms of the helicopters. X-plane 12 is highly realistic in its flight behaviour.
