Hello. :-) I would like to use this controller exclusively as a GamePad on the Windows 10 PC. Connecting via Bluetooth on the PC worked smoothly without an adapter, as my mainboard already has Bluetooth integrated. Unfortunately, however, there are errors or incorrect button assignments in some games. For example. When I start the game DMC - Devil May Cry (2013), the inputs move back and forth "by themselves" from the start menu. Apparently the controller switches back and forth between the Xbox buttons Y,B,A,X and 1,2,3,4. When I start the game Devil May Cry 5 (2019), the buttons are also assigned incorrectly. Although the Xbox buttons are displayed in the menu, the functions of the right analogue stick (camera) sit on LT and RT and the A button sits on B. Manual button mapping directly in the game is thus virtually impossible. I would like to avoid recalibrating the controller within Windows 10, as it is otherwise recognised correctly in all other games I have tested and because I fear that this could confuse things even more. I tried to find a solution directly on the Microsoft Xbox homepage. I then made sure that Windows 10 was up to date, as were all the Bluetooth drivers. I then also installed the "Xbox Accessories" app. In test mode, every button is displayed correctly. The controller can also be configured or updated here. However, only with the connection of a USB-C cable, which I unfortunately do not have or is not included in the scope of delivery of the controller. I tested alternately with my previous Xbox One controller. Funnily enough, these problems do not occur with this controller. Do I need an original MS Bluetooth adapter after all? Will I have to organise USB-C cables to update the controller? I could keep both controllers in case more games cause problems in the future, but it wouldn't be comfortable as I would have to pair them alternately. Does anyone know any advice? Regards :-)

I had similar problems, in my case it was the bluetooth, but unfortunately I can only recommend one thing: buy the xbox wireless adapter if it's bluetooth. I play via Bluetooth myself, but other games, and I've never had such problems. It's just a rip-off from Microsoft that they don't include this adapter - there's no way around it if Bluetooth doesn't work :( Hope I could help you in some way :)
