I would like to have a binding confirmation from Galaxus via my email (specified in the customer account) that this specific product, for the price indicated, is NOT a return, NOT a warranty case, which is sold here in its original packaging and by Galaxus itself (i.e. not by a third party). Otherwise I cannot consider a purchase. Would such an email be possible?

The situation with the graphics cards is unfortunately not particularly good at the moment and therefore there are always delays and a delivery date cannot be given. As long as availability does not improve, it will unfortunately take a while before all orders are honoured.

I ordered the card on 17.2. and the delivery date was postponed again and again - now it's already 6.3. In the meantime, I could have got it five times cheaper and earlier directly from the MSI e-shop.
