Unfortunately, no. You need a PC for this as the platform is controlled with a separate software!

The platform is 199 mm high. You have to add everything that your seat and attachment measure ... so from about 250 mm.
No, the software that controls the platform gets the data directly from the game. Practically all sim racing games (PorjectCars, Asseto Corsa, iRacing, etc.) provide telemetry data in real time. I don't know what this looks like with flight simulators...
