I have the same problem. Ear pads already replaced and now I need to replace the headband pad as well. @Galaxus there would be a need for another spare part, which could possibly be included on sale.
Exactly - this only "affects" the charging cable.

Unfortunately, we must have received incorrect data here, as the headset actually has a micro USB port.
Yes, very good device, I am very satisfied.
Hello arianevictoria.f Mine is optimised for Teams, but it also works with other programs without any problems. I have never used Webex, but I have used Skype and Zoom. Lg
The charging station included in the set is a rectangular curved shape without function buttons and only offers a convenient solution for connecting the headset to the computer for charging and FW update purposes without having to connect it manually via a plug (USB).
The dongle and the charging cable are USB-C or USB-A, depending on the version. However, the connection to the headset itself is the old micro USB in both cases. So if your PC has USB-C, choose the USB-C version. The headset itself is identical, regardless of the version.
Hello Katarina, this headset includes a charging cable. No charging station
No, these cannot be exchanged.
No connectivity issues. But yes the muting seems to be an issue. Best reason I've see is that it is related to the motion sensor in it. And that it seems to think you are taking it off or something. But nothing official or certain, except I've found other people on their support forum also talking about it
According to our research, it is compatible with all major UC platforms: Avaya, Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco, Mitel, Google Cloud, Microsoft, ribbon, RingCentral, Zoom and more.
I have been using the Voyager Focus and Focus 2 for years. Wearing the headphones is very comfortable, even with glasses. Nothing has ever bothered me. The padding on the top of the headband is a great advantage, which other headphones don't have.
The cable included is a USB-C to micro-USB. The headphones themselves have a micro-USB interface. The charging stand, on the other hand, is purely USB-C and is hardwired to the charging stand.
No, the picture is correct: the charging station is included.
Yes, that is correct, it has no LED on the other side. In addition, the status is still displayed on the USB dongle.
Yes, the USB dongle is included. However, depending on the model, there is one with type-c or USB A. Depending on the PC/notebook, USB A is the better choice.
