I don't know if the M.2 fits on a Z590. The heat sinks are not mandatory, I left them out at first because they were hotter than without heat sinks (my mistake). In the meantime, I have it with a heat sink. It heats up quite quickly with heavy use, hence the cooling things, at least in my opinion.

I don't understand what exactly you mean by ME, but if it needs a working Windows for that, boot Windows on another old disk or USB stick, install what's missing in the mainboard and then put it back in the first slot.

Hello SeidelB, what should one do with this statement? Every consumer has to decide where to buy the product. I bought this article because it convinced me. I do not understand the meaning of the question or the statement. ! But in the end it is up to you to decide. Greetings

Samsung Electronics GmbH Hello, Thank you very much for your request. If the notebook has an M.2 slot, you can use this SSD. In order to use the full performance of the SSD, the M.2 slot should have PCIe 4.0 with 4 lanes. If in doubt, please enquire directly with the device manufacturer. Kind regards from Schwalbach Your Samsung Service Team
