Satechi USB-C Slim Multi-port
USB-C, 7 Ports
Hallo Der USB-C Port ist nur für Strom Gruss 1 x USB-C PD - max 60W output (no video/data) 1 x micro/SD card readers 2 x USB 3.0 ports - up to 5 Gbps, does not support charging 1 x HDMI port - up to 4K 60Hz
I bought this multi-port for the Microsoft Surface pro 7. It runs here without any problems. Unfortunately, I have no experience with the iPad pro. But if a USB-C port is available, I think the hub should also work here.
Unfortunately, this hub is not compatible.
Cancelled the part, delivery didn't go well. Decided in favour of the A11 adapter from tu Power. Makes a high quality impression and as a reserve or alternative a 3in1 multiport from jj-shop
It doesn't matter whether it's MacOS or Windows - the docking station also works perfectly with Windows.
If it has a USB-C port it should, there is no app to install. I personally use it on my MacBook Pro, it works fine.
According to the manufacturer's site, devices from the MacBook Pro series with M1 and M2 processors are suitable, and this docking solution can also handle 4K UHD 3840 x 2160 at 60Hz, which should definitely work.
No, unfortunately not. I also have an Ultra Wide Screen and had to switch to HDMI so that I at least have a picture and can connect it directly to the Mac. I am also looking for another solution.
I do not know. I use this unit with a 2021 MacBook pro. I don't have an iPad Pro to test it.
There are no contraindications for this.
Please make sure that your iPad is listed as fully compatible on https://satechi.net/products/slim-multi-port-adapter-with-ethernet?variant=32219893891160. Basically, the product should be driverless, so I tend to rule out a software problem. Possibly the USB port is defective - so it might make sense to send the product in for testing: https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/de/articles/115005648925-Mein-Produkt-ist-defekt-was-kann-ich-tun-#:~:text=Your%20product%20is%20broken%20or,come%20and%20inform%20you%20about%C3%BCber.
Unfortunately, I can't try this exact model because I don't have it. But I have tried a similar model and indeed, it is exactly as you write, everything stays on even when the iPad Pro screen is off.
I am not sure I understand your request, this is a hub. Please ask your question under the product concerned, so that I can help you better. :)
Hello, no not here. This is simply a distributor for various connections. You need a mobile router for 4G. There are basically two types: stationary ones with a fixed power connection or mobile ones that can also be operated by battery. If you only want to use it at home or in places with electricity, something like this: TP-Link TL-MR6400 And for mobile internet via battery: [https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/ratings/netgear-hotspot-nighthawk-m1-router-7547179#rating
I believe that the original Apple adapter for the MacBook is compatible.
Sorry I never tried with a Ps5. i am using this with my laptop is very good
I ordered it yesterday, received it today. Now I can answer my own question, it works without any problems. No faults, USB 3.0 data also OK. Only - point is that it gets warm - hot. I have a Macbook Air M1 2020
According to the manufacturer, the HDMI connection supports 4k at 60Hz. Unfortunately, I cannot find any information about Full HD.
The manufacturer's homepage says "1 x 4K HDMI port - 60Hz". I don't know if the Hz number could be higher at 2K. But I doubt it. The manufacturer also says that on certain Macs only 30Hz is supported at 4K. A clever marketing department would then surely also mention if even 120Hz or more were possible at 2K. My 2K monitor also displays 60Hz, but I don't have a TOP HDMI cable at hand. Maybe ask Satechi directly? Btw (if not already known): More than 60Hz refresh rate makes sense mainly for gaming. This has nothing to do with "flicker-free". That depends more on the display (e.g. display lighting). Even the top screens from LG (Ultrafine) only deliver 60Hz on the Mac via Thunderbolt.
The ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 has the necessary port (USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C) for this. The pre-installed Windows 10 will also support this device without any problems. I have successfully used the Satechi Multi-port on other ASUS and HP laptops.
Unfortunately, I can't answer that. Suppose it is reduced by Satechi
That should work in principle. Maybe there are problems with the HDMI cable? Try using a different one. The USB-C socket is only a power-in socket.
Yes, he does!
No. For that you need some form of capture device.
Yes, I tested it with a Logitech C920.
