Either cancel the order or contact support... I've had this happen more often lately, especially with things that have a long delivery time, where the price changes up or down several times.

Unfortunately, we do not yet have any information on this. As soon as the product becomes available to us through our suppliers, we will be able to check whether it can be included. :)

Yes, the controller is compatible with Apple TV and Apple Arcade. It connects via Bluetooth or USB-C and is officially supported by Apple as long as tvOS 14.5 or newer is installed.

I was able to do some research and indeed the manufacturer uses the same EAN codes for the 3 different "revisions". Unfortunately, this makes it impossible to predict which one is which revision. As long as there are copies of the previous versions in circulation, there is a chance of getting one. As we have different suppliers, production batches can mix up until they reach our warehouse. In short, unfortunately, there is no guarantee that it will be the latest one.

The controller is not natively compatible in direct Bluetooth with the Switch 2. To use a DualSense (PS5) controller on the Switch 2, you need to use a specific Bluetooth adapter, such as the Mayflash or the 8BitDo Bluetooth Retro Receiver, which acts as a wireless bridge between the controller and the console. This means purchasing additional accessories, as direct connection is not supported by the Switch 2.

Hi, cables and power supplies are now missing everywhere. You really have to read through every single item in the item description. If something is not included in the scope of delivery, it is actually missing. In my case, it was even missing from a desk phone recently. The power supply had to be bought separately. Slightly crazy like that. You can use any USB C cable. I use the one from my phone :-(

No, the USB-C plug is not supplied with the controller. However, you can buy a USB-C cable to charge it and connect it to your console. USB-C cables are available from most shops that sell PlayStation accessories.

Apparently I received BDM-020, bought at Galaxus 2.5 years ago. But I don't think I can rely on this information, as Galaxus will probably sell any - or nowadays the newer versions - probably?

Is it also compatible with pc ?

Yes, the DualSense wireless controller from Sony is also compatible with PCs. - You can connect the controller to your PC via a USB Type-C cable, which is the easiest method. - Alternatively, you can also connect the controller to your PC via Bluetooth, provided your PC supports Bluetooth. To do this, you need to press the PlayStation and Share buttons simultaneously until the lights around the touchpad flash. In addition, you can use the DS4Windows app to emulate the controller on your PC as an Xbox controller, which is particularly useful for games that do not offer native support for the DualSense.
