I ordered the PS5 on the release day. When I placed the order, I was assured of the delivery date. Afterwards, I was informed that I would not receive the PS5 on time. After that, Sony assured me of more units. Apparently that wasn't enough for my order either. I find it extremely problematic how you deal with first-time buyers, whom you have nota bene assured of punctual delivery. Other department stores/online shops have managed this and have not accepted backorders "on the off chance". I ordered from you precisely because you usually publish reliable information. Now I've been sitting for weeks on an order without delivery details.

Is there still no date for the second delivery wave, can I expect end of Nov. or will it be end of Dec?

Is there any information on when the PS5 is supposed to be back in stock?

Sorry Digitec, but are you actually pulling our leg? Today there were a small number of new contingents at various electronics shops. It is now the 2-3 delivery of PS5. You are waiting for *first-time buyers, i.e. those who ordered and paid for their PS5 on 17.09.2020. The cherry on top of the cream cake is: You give your customers zero information about the next delivery. The customers don't even know if they can hold their Ps5 in their hands this year. For me, it's already clear that I will avoid Digitec when it comes to pre-ordering consoles. Really disappointing!

@Digitec Could you please install a filter for the comments? It's really tedious when you have to click through for half an hour until you see the latest entries...

Dear Digitec Team Everyone knows that you have as little information about the next delivery as other retailers. However, I think that despite everything, you should communicate the following questions openly: What exactly didn't work out with the pre-orders? There are not nearly as many Day 1 pre-orderers at other retailers who still haven't received their console as there are at your retailer. Why hasn't the pre-order quota been set lower? Did you guys even get a 2nd and 3rd wave (like MediaMarkt, Fust, etc.)? If not, why didn't that work out for such a big retailer like you? How many open pre-orders do you still have? That would at least give you an idea of where you stand... It would be even better if you communicate that we have x pre-orders. If you ordered between 06.00 - 08.00, you are in the first quarter and so on. I can understand that you don't write an email to everyone telling them exactly where you are. I think some information could reduce the annoyance of many pre-orderers a little. You can't not communicate! Kind regards

Hello Digitec team I ordered my PS5 on release day, I was subsequently told it would be released on time. Now 4 months have passed & I have no idea when I will receive it. Several friends & acquaintances of mine have received a PS5 within a very short time. It would be enough for me if you would make a short statement on your website (what the state of affairs is). But I don't find it customer-friendly to hear nothing for 4 months.

Many pre-orderers are now already waiting for a response from Digitec. I find it quite unprofessional if no communication is made. Digitec could also send an email to all these customers to let them know what the current status is. But no, there is no communication here. This is not very customer-friendly.

I already pre-ordered on 17 September. Mediamarkt, interdiscount, Fust and all the others had supplies again today, but Digitec doesn't know anything and haven't received any deliveries.when will they have supplies again? don't know anything about it either. Very strange. no date, no info. can you at least be honest and inform your customers properly?

After speaking to customer services, it looks like Digitec has only delivered more or less a quarter (1/4) of pre-orders for the PS5 Digital Edition until now. To give a bit of an idea I order mine on the 17th of September at 09:41 and I'm at around the middle of the full list. Just wanted to give a bit of information to the people still waiting for their PS5 as we are all still waiting news from Digitec. I still wish everyone a Merry Christmas!

I have ordered one, unfortunately with the mail that I am not one of the first. What if there is a re-stock, will we be informed by mail? I have left the order open and not cancelled it.

Does anyone know if digitech will simply take infinite pre-orders without taking into account how many consoles they have? Or will it no longer be available for order if there are more pre-orders than digitech has consoles?

Hello @Digitec Can you tell us how many Playstation 5 Digital Editions have been ordered and how many of them are still open? I think a lot of customers would be happy to get a status update from you and would be better able to deal with hearing from your side. It's not that I have to have the PS 5 "umsverrecken" now. As I don't see any reason to at the moment. Nevertheless, it would be interesting to know where we stand. Greetings

You should seriously consider looking for a new wholesaler, because at Mediamarkt you could order the PS5 again yesterday on 06.01.2021. This should have been the 3rd time after the official release where you could have placed an order. Many people have pre-ordered here in September 2020 and now I'm also still waiting for it and I have to say quite honestly, I think it's an absolute cheek to offer products that you ultimately can't deliver. For me, pre-order means that you normally get the product on release and don't have to wait what feels like 3 years. I've been a customer here for a long time, but I've never experienced anything like this.

It's unbelievable what Digitec did with the preorders. Maybe it's really Sony's fault, but a company HAS TO communicate with customers.

Why were no quotas released in Switzerland today? You could pre-order again in the whole EU area today, but not here. Why???

A week ago it said that you had no definite information about the next digital delivery... and now, no information at all. Could it be that you have pre-ordered many more disc versions than digital versions from your supplier? It's running away, as they say here.

I like Digitec and Galaxus but with the Playstation5 you guys where not correct with us, i order on the 17 of September and except on the 19 of September when i was informed that i was late and there was not stock enough for covering my order i never got any other official communication from Digitec informing where on the list was i if i was the next person in line or the thousand, and that is not ok on The 3 of December i order one on Manor was told they will be on their warehouse on the 18 and today 19 i got it from Manor and cancelled mine from Digitec because more than 3 months later i had no news and said No information available, you guys should work on your communication to your costumers

Why did customers who ordered a Ps5 at 10 a.m. or even 1 p.m. receive yesterday's confirmation with the mail but others who ordered at 7:30 a.m., for example, did not?

Hello Digitec Have the emails already gone out regarding delivery availability for the release day of the PS5? I haven't received an email yet, but I pre-ordered the PS5 very early yesterday night and therefore assumed that I would be in the first wave. Thank you very much for letting me know.

It was possible to order from WOG again today and they also confirm that the devices will arrive next week and be shipped directly. I have no idea what Digitec has done to Sony to make this impossible. I ordered in September at 8 o'clock in the morning and almost 5 months later I still don't know when I will see the paid part. I will definitely never pre-order anything here again - whether this is Digitec's fault or not (which I doubt), but it just comes across as if they are making zero effort to find out from Sony or wholesalers (wherever the consoles get to Digitec from) how long the wait will be.
