Hello My second TV no longer recognises anything via the antenna connection, I have the feeling that it is defective. It works fine on my other TV. Can I use it to switch the signal to HDMI and thus also connect newer TVs?

Good day I have a TV, year 2010 only with DVD-T, which I use from time to time in another room. I am with UPC and recently the converter stopped working. UPC confirmed to me that they no longer support the product. The converter was connected via a SCAT connection. However, the TV already has an HDMI connection. I would like to continue using UPC's basic service with the same TV. Is this the right product for this? TechniSat HD-C 232 DVB-C, if not, which would be suitable? Many thanks for an answer! Thomas
