Good day I have a TV, year 2010 only with DVD-T, which I use from time to time in another room. I am with UPC and recently the converter stopped working. UPC confirmed to me that they no longer support the product. The converter was connected via a SCAT connection. However, the TV already has an HDMI connection. I would like to continue using UPC's basic service with the same TV. Is this the right product for this? TechniSat HD-C 232 DVB-C, if not, which would be suitable? Many thanks for an answer! Thomas

Yes, the receiver works well for UPC's basic service. + Picture quality + Low price - Cheap China product

Hi, my father has a TX 37 LZD80F from Panasonic without DVB C. The TV works great. The TV runs great. Now he is going to a retirement home and the basic service there is UPC. Does this article work for converting to watch the UPC basic offer?

Hello If you look around the UPC forum and here, they say that the device is not really suitable. https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/ProductRating/top-oder-flop-kann-beides-sein-488784 UPC itself writes that all TV sets from 2015 onwards should actually have a DVB-C receiver built in. Perhaps this will help. Greetings
