Hi. I need the tablet to hang it on MacBook Pro to make simple doodles, arrows etc in between especially in the office applications. It should be as uncomplicated as possible and compatible with MacBook Pro 2020 M1. Is this something like that?

Hi, I asked myself the same question when I bought it at Christmas (I even saw a price difference) and when I looked up the serial numbers, I learned that there is no difference, just maybe the place of production, or the area for which the product is made.I'm not sure what the difference is, but it doesn't make any difference to the product. But it doesn't change anything to the product.
