None whatsoever. It's exactly the same. I've stocked up so I have a spare when I lose it.

Good morning, it is only compatible with PTH460, PTH-660,PTH-660P, PTH-860, PTH-860P models of the Intuos Pro range

It didn't work with my Intuos 4. On the wacom page it says: Compatible with: Wacom Intuos® Pro PTH-660, PTH-860 Wacom Cintiq® Pro DTH-1320, DTH-1620 Wacom MobileStudio Pro DTH-W1320, DTH-W1620
