Your Canon EOS R6 Mark II with 24-105mm 4L IS USM will probably not fit into the Neoprene Camera Cover M, as the inner length of the cover is 180 mm and the lens is likely to be longer with the housing attached. The neoprene camera case L would be more suitable for this set as it offers more space.

I would say yes, but you will have to stuff it in a bit as it is slightly too wide and too high like mine. But neoprene is elastic so it works.
Your camera is slightly smaller than mine (EM-1 130x94x63, A7IV 131x96x80), so it's probably a bit better than mine. The depth is not a problem.

With internal dimensions of approx. 130x90x170 mm, the neoprene cover is suitable for medium-sized SLR cameras with attached lens. My camera Lumix G81 with 12-60 zoom lens, dimensions 128.4x74.4x150 mm. I don't know the dimensions of the EOS 250D and what kind of lens.

I have it on my Alpha 7 III with the Sony FE 24-105 mm F4 G OSS lens. It fits perfectly.
