Already defective during commissioning
I chose this product because it was important to me that I didn't have to spend minutes pressing around in a touch display menu to select my settings. I particularly wanted to be able to set the coffee strength quickly. That's why I unfortunately decided in favour of De Longhi. A big mistake, as the machine ran into a general error during commissioning that can no longer be rectified. The warning light is lit (red exclamation mark), even after restarting and resetting. Since then, the brewing unit has been in a position where it cannot be removed. The appliance makes a brutal noise when starting up and vibrates so that the cups fall off the table and then gets stuck in error mode again. Unfortunately, it has to be returned and my search for a suitable appliance continues... It's a waste of money.
