Faulty fan
The fan is rattling loudly. Most likely defective.

- Loud "whistling" at low load permanently from the mains cable
great psu, just check CPU (4+4) cable lenght.
The only issue I have had that CPU (4+4) cable was shorter than on my original PSU and I had not ideal cable routing. With old PSU i was able to route it nice arround motherboard, with this one i had to almost go straight (diagonal) over motherboard which also might block removal of my Graphic card
