PLUS:
I am positively surprised. Compared to the robot vacuum cleaner I had a few years ago, you notice a clear progress in terms of sophistication and "intelligence" with the "Roborock".
While other devices often move around more or less randomly and thus vacuum some areas three times and others not at all, the Roborock creates an exact map of the flat with its environment scanner and always knows where it is. (This can be seen very well in the Xiaomi Home App).
As a result, it is extremely systematic and does not miss any area that it can reach in any way. The navigation around and between complicated obstacles (e.g. between the chair legs under the dining table) is also exemplary. It stubbornly navigates its way through until it has covered the entire surface. Then it finds its way out again without any problems. I have never seen a "getting lost" with a subsequent shutdown, as often happened with my previous robot, with the Roborock.
It copes with doorsteps and carpet edges (about 1.5 cm high in my case) without any problems.
When everything has been vacuumed, it drives purposefully back to the base station, because it knows where it is at all times. This is also a difference to more "primitive" devices that drive around aimlessly and send out infrared signals until they accidentally pass near the station.
The advanced navigation also means that you can tell the device exactly where to go and which areas to vacuum via an app if necessary.
For the complete vacuuming of my medium-sized 4.5 room flat, the Roborock needs just under half of its battery charge. So it's probably safe to assume that it can vacuum the vast majority of flats on one battery charge without any problems.
I have not yet tested the "damp mopping" function.
MINUS:
Initial installation of the app somewhat awkward. App requires a lot of permissions.
UPDATE November 2018:
I have now been using the device for a good five months and am still very satisfied. Thanks to software updates, the Robo now even speaks German and you can regulate its behaviour on the flat map even more specifically thanks to "virtual barrier bands". So the product, which was already good when it was launched, is still being maintained and improved.
I haven't really had any problems with the Robo in the last five months, apart from maybe two or three cases where it lost its bearings. But that happens very rarely.
I have also tried the wet-mop function a few times. Of course, you can't expect miracles with this little microfibre cloth that is dragged across the floor. This means that you are not spared the occasional real cleaning of the kitchen floor. Overall, the damp mopping of the robot works better than I would have expected.

Other devices, some of which are twice as expensive, can't compete with it. It scans the flat and then proceeds logically so that it really vacuums everywhere. Once the room has been scanned, you can set zones and tell the hoover where to vacuum and where not. You can control it manually via the "joystick" on your smartphone or if you have a spontaneous visitor, you can also start it from outside (i.e. from the train, Migros,...) via the smartphone app so that the flat is clean when you get home. In addition, you can always watch where it is on the app.
Long pile carpets are finally no longer a problem (the V1 from Xiaomi unfortunately had some trouble here). Of course, it vacuums cleanly and reliably, I don't notice any difference whether I vacuum manually with a hoover or let the Xiaomi run.
