To assemble a complete illuminated pushbutton switch or indicator, you need a pushbutton switch or indicator, a diffusing lens, and a filament lamp or LED. Suitable diffusing lenses are available in various colors and shapes. The SD16 series includes illuminated or non-illuminated square and rectangular pushbutton switches, as well as matching indicator lights for industry-standard 16 mm diameter cutouts for panels between 0.5 and 5 mm thick. The SD16 series single-pole pushbutton switch annunciator lights come with a contact or light block; use a T1 3/4 dwarf filament lamp or LED for illumination, and select a suitable diffusing lens. Each diffuser plate is flat and made of polycarbonate that can be engraved.
