With the PD 3.1 charging standard, the fast-charging adapter can quickly power compatible devices – including those from other manufacturers – but it can also be used for devices without fast-charging technology. If your device does not require any additional power, you can leave the charger plugged in – it is energy-efficient with a low standby power consumption of just 5 mW.
