The first Samyang macro lens! The Samyang 100mm is suitable for much more than just macro photography. This fast prime lens, with a reproduction ratio of 1:1, is manually focused and is compatible with MFT, APS-C, and full-frame sensors.
This prime lens impresses with its brightness of 1:2.8, producing vibrant colors and a buttery smooth bokeh.
With a minimum focusing distance of just 30 cm, it allows for stunning close-ups of the smallest objects. At the same time, the Samyang 100mm F2.8 ED UMC Macro excels as a classic portrait lens.
The internally focusing lens consists of 15 elements in 12 groups. Chromatic aberrations are minimized through a high refractive (HR) element and an ED element. The multi-coating prevents unsightly flares and ghosting artifacts, ensuring crisp contrasts. The 9 aperture blades create a nearly round aperture opening, resulting in a dreamy bokeh effect.
