This module is part of the Modicon X80 series, a range of common I/O for Modicon M340 and Modicon M580. It is an expansion accessory for the Modicon M580 and M340 programmable automation controllers (PAC). The module has a current of 160 mA at 24 V DC and 22 mA at 3.3 V DC. Modicon X80 modules provide a unified environment for the use of I/O modules in automation architectures, reducing costs for spare parts inventory, maintenance, and training. It is equipped with 2 x 9-pin SUB-D connectors for electrical connection and is an IP20 certified product. This X80 module carrier extension is compatible with the X80 module carriers BMXXBP1200, BMXXBP0800, BMXXBP0600, and BMXXBP0400.
