This CANopen communication module is part of the Modicon X80 series, a range of common I/O for Modicon M340 and Modicon M580. It features a 9-pin SUB-D socket for Profibus DP. The Modicon X80 automation platform meets the requirements for TC treatment (treatment for all climate zones) and can operate in a temperature range of 0°C to +60°C. Modicon X80 modules provide a unified environment for the use of I/O modules in automation architectures, reducing costs for spare parts inventory, maintenance, and training. The communication service is CiA DSP 301 V4.02 with a standard module format. It is an IP20 certified product.
