Curved heads for pushbutton release, ZB4-B. The Harmony XB4 metal series of modular control and annunciator units combines ease of installation, flexibility, and ruggedness. This series meets the requirements of most industrial applications. These units are either complete items or individual components for customer assembly. This series of XB4 includes pushbuttons, selector switches/key switches, emergency stop functions, or multi-head pushbuttons for parameter setting, adjustment, and control of machinery and equipment. It also features indicator lights, illuminated pushbuttons, illuminated selector switches, and illuminated emergency stop functions for visual signaling.

The installation process is simple and quick: assembly by a single installer (self-holding of head in its cut-out), plug-in component system (head, body, contact blocks, and LED), fixing with a single terminal screw, and an anti-loosening system for terminal screw connections to contact blocks.

Environmental conditions: Harmony XB4 series performance meets the most demanding international standards and approvals, such as EN/IEC, CE marking, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, JIS, NEMA, and marine approvals. Protection against ingress of solid objects, dust, and water: IP 66, 67, 69, 69K, and Type 4X shock protection rating up to IK06. High vibration resistance due to vibration-proof terminal screws (periodic tightening is not required). For outdoor applications, operating temperature varies from -40 °C to +70 °C/-40 °F to +158 °F.

Application: The XB4 series can be used in industrial applications such as machine and control cabinets in packaging, material handling, material processing, and pumps. Other environments include power distribution panels, public works, restaurants, commercial buildings, or airports.
