PowerLogic PFC filter circuit chokes are designed to protect the capacitor by preventing the increase of harmonics present in the system. Capacitors and chokes are configured and tuned in a series resonant circuit, ensuring that the series resonance frequency is below the lowest harmonic frequency present in the system. This filter circuit choke is rated for an output power of 50 kVAR with a derating factor of 7% (3.8/190 Hz) at 400 V AC and 50 Hz. The relative impedance is 7%. This component complies with the IEC 60068 standard and requires additional convection, meaning a fan must be added. The dimensions of the housing are 270 mm in height, 260 mm in width, and 200 mm in depth, with a product weight of 22 kg.
