The 5-pole, air- and water-tight XLR socket features a zinc die-cast front plate and a polyamide housing with mounting holes for size D. It is equipped with gold-plated contacts and has an IP65 protection rating thanks to the protective cap and a seal, making it suitable for use in damp environments. It must be installed from the front.

- IP65 when used with a suitable IP65 counterpart (SCWF5B, not included)
- Compatible with standard 5-pole XLR connectors
- Gold-plated contacts
- Flame-retardant according to UL94-HB.
