The Core Unit medium for mirrorless systems is designed for users who prefer to work with smaller systems (mirrorless or compact DSLRs). By utilizing a unique foldable top edge, this Core Unit allows for more efficient space utilization, which can lead to a lower overall profile of the backpack. When using compact cameras and lenses, simply fold down the 3 cm wide edge to gain a bit more volume in your backpack or to compress it further. This also provides additional protection for the equipment along the outer edge of the Core Unit. If your equipment requires the full height of the Core Unit, just fold the sides back up to the standard configuration. The padded EVA outer walls and intelligently designed EVA dividers provide the perfect hold for your gear. This Core Unit is also designed to be used in combination with the Core Unit small, which can be positioned above or below the medium unit, offering the same overall volume as a Core Unit large.
