The Fibreheart ABS HT HF from Siraya Tech is a high-temperature ABS filament specifically designed for the production of functional components. With a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of around 101°C, it remains stable even at high temperatures, making it ideal for applications in the automotive and electronics industries. The high-flow formulation allows for smooth extrusion at increased print speeds of up to 200 mm/s, reducing print times without compromising the strength of the parts. The filament offers the typical properties of ABS, including toughness, good layer adhesion, and dimensional accuracy, making it an excellent choice for prototypes and repeatable production parts. Additionally, the odor during printing has been significantly reduced through a refined blend, making the printing process more pleasant. Post-processing is easy with sanding and painting, and acetone vapor smoothing can be used for an especially smooth surface.
