The Fibreheart PEBA 95A from Siraya Tech is an innovative 3D filament based on a nylon elastomer copolymer system. This material combines the robustness and chemical resistance of nylon with the flexibility of an elastomer, making it ideal for producing functional, flexible components. The high rebound of up to 78% allows for quick recovery, which is particularly advantageous for applications that require movement, shock absorption, and repeated bending, such as in sports and wearable technology or robotics. Additionally, the PEBA 95A is about 15-20% lighter than comparable TPU-95A prints, making it an excellent choice for weight-optimized designs. Its excellent chemical resistance ensures that elasticity and surface quality are maintained even in demanding environments. To achieve the best printing results, the material should be stored dry and ideally dried before printing.
