Flexible Settlement Period
Use Service Charge Settlement 2025 for each property with different settlement periods for all settlements starting in 2025. A settlement period can last a maximum of 365 or 366 days and should start no later than December 31, 2025.

By transferring the data from Service Charge Settlement 2025 to the subsequent version 2026, you will often only need to update the consumption values - done!
