Sunlu High-Speed PLA Filament

SUNLU's High Speed PLA is a PLA material specifically designed for high-speed printing. Compared to standard PLA, this High Speed PLA can achieve a speed increase of up to 300%, reaching up to 600 mm/s. The flowability of the material has been enhanced by an incredible 500% to ensure smooth extrusion and prevent potential nozzle clogging.

Save More Time and Energy

The print quality at 0-100 mm/s is better than that of conventional PLA, resulting in smoother surfaces and improved overhang performance. With overhang angles of less than 70° that do not require support, this filament significantly reduces print time and material waste. It allows for fast printing at low temperatures of 180-195 °C, saving both time and energy.

500% Improved Flowability

Even when printing at high speeds of ≥250 mm/s, there are no clogs, ensuring a consistent material flow.

Enhanced Heat Dissipation

The heat dissipation performance of High Speed PLA is increased by 180%, allowing for faster cooling under the same conditions and enabling quick printing without material buildup.

High Crystallization Temperature

High Speed PLA has a high curing speed that improves rapid printing and overhang performance. Thanks to the excellent air cooling of the printer, no support is needed for overhang angles under 70°.

Low Shrinkage Rate

The filament exhibits low shrinkage, reducing the likelihood of cracks during fast printing and ensuring smooth surfaces.

Finely Aligned

With a consistent wire diameter, High Speed PLA allows for fast, knot-free printing that results in even and smooth material extrusion.
