With the True Spirit 140 Direct, we offer a compact HDT cooler. The cooler is based on the well-known True Spirit design and is aimed at particularly budget-conscious users. Optimized for ultra-quiet operation, this cooler provides optimal cooling performance at a very attractive price. The original concept of the True Spirits has, of course, been retained: a slim heatsink to avoid incompatibilities with adjacent memory slots. Additionally, it features a cooling fin design optimized for slow-spinning fans. The aluminum cooling fins are also equipped with several air holes to prevent air stagnation between the individual fins. The True Spirit 140 Direct utilizes the Heatpipe Direct Touch principle. Five 6 mm heatpipes ensure particularly efficient dissipation of processor heat. The heatpipes are, as is typical for Thermalright, convexly shaped. This design is patented by Thermalright.
