Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Extraction is a tactical action game presented in first-person view for one to three players. The task of the participants is to assemble an elite team of Rainbow Six operators to raid the unpredictable danger zones in which they live, develop, and combat the mysterious Archaic visitors. Knowledge, cooperation, and the right tactics are the best weapons in this battle.

Lead the elite Rainbow Six operators to fight in single or cooperative mode. Choose from 18 Rainbow Six operators who have the best chance of surviving raids. Each operator has a special set of weapons, gadgets, and skills that they are trained in. After completing each mission, the operator will be promoted, which translates into improved statistics and access to new equipment and combat perks.

In unpredictable danger zones, life or death is at stake. Combat will take place over 12 unique maps, featuring four regions of the United States, where challenges, enemies, and contamination are procedurally generated, and the difficulty increases as the threat continues to grow. The further you go from lock to lock, the better rewards you will receive, but also the more threatening your squad will become. Player operators who do not make it to the evacuation point will be considered missing in action and will not be available for future missions for a period of time. The only way to recover the missing operator is to organize a rescue mission on one of the submaps before the parasites capture them.

Fight a deadly and evolving threat. The parasite called Chimera and its evolving Archaics are highly lethal and intelligent organisms. You will encounter 10 types of parasites, from the cunning Piercer to the elusive Tormentor and Apex summoning enemies. Survive the growth, the stream of self-aware parasitic tissue that spreads through the danger zone, transforming the ecosystem around you in such a way that it gives an increasing advantage to the Archaics.
