The PPS series laboratory power supply serves as a potential-free DC voltage source for operating low-voltage consumers. The adjustable output can be accessed from the front up to a maximum of 5 A and from the back up to the full rated current (1 - 60 V/DC / 0 - 2.5 A). Connections are made at the front via 4 mm safety sockets and at the back via high-current screw terminal sockets. Voltage and current settings are continuously adjustable using digital rotary controls with coarse and fine adjustments to enable quick and precise value settings. The values are displayed on a clear screen. The current limiting for constant current operation can be preset without a short-circuit bridge. Three freely programmable memory slots can be assigned different fixed voltages and current limits. Additionally, the power supply can be controlled via the included software and USB connection for operating cyclic processes through a PC.
