The Walimex pro ND 2 gray filter for videography reduces light entry by 50% or 1 stop with a value of 0.3. With this gray filter, you can shoot with a wide aperture even in bright sunlight or daylight. Therefore, it is primarily used when a blurred background is desired despite a lot of sunlight. With a size of 4 x 4, it fits many matte boxes, such as the Walimex pro Director II. The filter is simply inserted into the filter slot of the matte box.
