The XSPC bending hose is inserted into the hard tube to be processed before heating. This ensures that the tube does not bend accidentally during the process, providing stability and even bending. The hose is approximately 50 cm long and suitable for hard tubes with an inner diameter of 10 mm. After inserting the bending hose into the hard tube, a heating gun or hairdryer can be used to heat the material. Simply heat the spot to be bent at the end, then bend the heated tube to the desired position using the bending tool. The result is a clean bend at an angle of 0 to 180°. The tool can accommodate tubes with an outside diameter of 12-14 millimeters. Hold the tube in position until it cools down, then remove the bending hose.

With the hose cutter, the bent pipe can now be shortened as needed. The tube is simply inserted into the hose cutter and cut through like a pair of scissors. The cutter can be used to cut PVC and PETG tubes as well as hoses with a diameter of 0-25 millimeters. To achieve the perfect result, the tube can finally be machined with the enclosed deburring and countersinking tool, as well as the abrasive paper. Particularly when cutting the tubes to size, irregularities can occur at the interface. This small tool helps to completely deburr and smooth the cutting edge, which not only looks better but is also advantageous for the installation of a fitting.
