The Xtar fast charger is a compact and lightweight device specifically designed for charging Li-Ion and NiMH batteries. Weighing only 34 grams, it is ideal for travel and mobile use. The charger features intelligent charging control that automatically selects the appropriate charging method for the respective battery types. It supports a variety of battery sizes, including 10440, 14500, 16340, 18350, 18500, as well as AA and AAA NiMH batteries. The integrated temperature monitoring and automatic shut-off with negative delta V ensure safe usage. Additionally, the device has a special discharging function that combats the memory effect in NiMH batteries and improves battery lifespan. With two selectable charging currents of 250 mA and 500 mA, users can choose between a faster or gentler charging process.
