2. Zoom H6e
3. Zoom F3 32Bit audio recorder (novelty)
The Rupert Neve Designs RNDI-S is an active stereo DI box with custom transformers from Mr Rupert Neve himself. The RNDI-S is the stereo version of the RNDI and, just like its sister product, reproduces the full harmonic depth of the instruments and amplifiers to which it is connected.
The development - more than just balancing
Little convinced by the sonic quality of conventional DI boxes, Mr Rupert Neve set about designing a new direct interface that not only isolates and balances the original signal, but also transmits the sound and liveliness of the instrument undiminished. The result of this work is the RNDI, which fulfils precisely this requirement. It delivers a powerful, dynamic, direct sound that reproduces the full harmonic depth of basses, guitars, acoustic instruments and professional line level signals. With its powerful "larger-than-life" sound, the RNDI is the first DI box worthy of bearing the Rupert Neve name.
The sound - custom transformer meets discrete FET amplifier
The two key elements of the RNDI's outstanding sound are the Rupert Neve custom transformers and the discrete FET amplifiers, which are carefully matched to each other.
The low frequencies are powerful and strong and the high frequencies are clear, present and smooth with a frequency response of over 100kHz.
Incredible headroom - incredible versatility
In instrument mode, the RNDI's +21.5dBU headroom allows it to handle not only instruments, but also line level sources such as interfaces, CD players and drum machines without a pad. This capability makes it possible to use the RNDI as a kind of "re-preamp" and to send previously recorded tracks with an interface through a better or more characteristic preamp again.
In speaker mode, the RNDI can process signals from amplifiers with up to 1000 watts of output power to capture the full tone of the instrument, preamp, EQ, insert and output section of the amp before it hits the speakers. This capability is particularly beneficial when the RNDI is used in conjunction with modern speaker emulation plug-ins. In this case, the user can benefit from both the flexibility of digital modelling and the sonic advantages of a real analogue amp.
4. Zoom F6
The Zoom F6 is the first professional field recorder to feature both 32-bit float recording and dual AD converters, providing an unprecedented amount of dynamic range. With 6 inputs, Zoom’s solid time code, multiple power options and wireless control, the F6 is poised to be your new secret weapon. In the field, fluctuating dynamics can prove challenging. Loud sounds can cause clipping and quiet sounds can get lost in the noise. The F6 uses 32-bit float recording with dual A/D converters to capture both explosive and subtle sounds at full audio quality - without ever needing to adjust gain. Rugged enough to withstand the most demanding scenarios and small enough to fit into the tightest spaces, the F6 will become your go-to recorder.

6. Zoom H2n mobile audio recorder
In addition to five differently configurable microphones (mid-side (MS) stereo, 90° X/Y stereo, 2-channel and 4-channel recording mode), the Zoom H2n also has a micro/line input and records either MP3 with up to 320 Kb/s or WAV with maximum 24bit/96kHz quality on an SD card. The Zoom H2n is a mobile recorder that further expands the versatile possibilities of its predecessor models. Two standard AA batteries are sufficient for a runtime of 20 hours, and power can also be supplied via USB. Thanks to the separate recording of a centre and side signal, it is possible to determine the stereo width of the audio material on the Zoom H2n in advance. 7. Zoom SGH-6 Shotgun with fur windscreen
The SGH-6 shotgun capsule is a supercardioid directional microphone for the Zoom H6 recorder, making it perfect for use in film, video or theatre, and especially for interviews. Thanks to the three internal microphones with digital signal processing, the SGH-6 achieves a frequency-independent supercardioid characteristic. Shotgun microphones are often used when a microphone cannot be placed directly in front of the sound source, especially in interviews where the microphone should not be visible to the video camera. If the distance to the audio source is greater than three metres during recording, this distance will be increasingly audible in the sound image, which must be taken into account before recording. Details: Characteristics: Supercardioid is simply plugged onto the H6 very directional pick-up possible over longer distances 5-volt preamplifier to minimise distortion even at high volumeskeepdrum WS-WH head windscreen The keepdrum WS-WH head windscreen reliably minimises disruptive wind noise with maximum efficiency, without affecting the sound quality of your recordings. It is quickly and easily put on and closed with a Velcro fastener at the end of the head windscreen, which ensures a secure hold.
