1. is it only me who has the problem that the lower wheel can be turned endlessly? 2. game sound is good, only in an Xbox party I can hardly understand my fellow players, I can assign the function that the chat should be louder, but nothing happens. No matter in which direction I turn the wheel, the "max or minimum" noise is heard. Is this due to a defect in the headset? Or software?

Hi Jost, the bottom wheel does indeed turn endlessly, as it has for me from the start.
However, I have recently had the problem that my headset no longer pairs with the remote plug (connected via USB and fibre optics) on my PS 4. Bluetooth (e.g. music from my mobile) works, but I can't get the game sound to work. Do you have any ideas? Thx and keep up the good gaming. Sebastian aka Kilgore
