According to Apple, I need the following specification for the RAM upgrade of my iMac Retina 5k, 27inch 2017: PC4-19200 (2400 MHZ), 260 pin, DDR4 SDRAM 2400 MHZ. However, this item is "DDR4-3200". Does this mean 3200 MHZ, i.e. wrong item? Cannot find one with 2400

Yes, unfortunately the wrong product. According to my research, this RAM (2x, 8GB, DDR4-2400, SO-DIMM 260 pin) should be suitable: Crucial CT2K8G4SFS824A (2x, 8GB, DDR4-2400, SO-DIMM 260 pin)
