Question about Logitech Combo Touch

Almost every case has extra space at the bottom to store the Apple Pencil, for example when you put the iPad in your rucksack. How do you do it with the pencil? Neither Apple nor Logitech solves the problem. Has anyone found an alternative with a - detachable cover - CH keyboard incl. hotkeys - extra space to store the pen completely ? :(

I couldn't find anything for the iPad Pro that met all these criteria. In the end, I opted for a slim, lightweight Paperlike case and a Logitech Keys to Go Bluetooth keyboard for CHF 55 here. It's thin, light and has excellent battery life.
